This is a groovy remake of my song Watson & The Shark from Arts & Leisure. I always really liked this song so wanted to try it in a different style. The beat with the snaps is inspired by "Good Old Funky Music" from Funkadelic's amazing first record. I have always been obsessed with that record. If you listen carefully you might notice that this version is a sort of "brother song" with the song "The Night is Young" on my new Green Beans & Tangerines album -- they were put together at the same time and share a lot of musical and rhythmic ideas.
